As the founding CMO, I built the Compass brand from the ground up, leading its transformation from a New York startup (Urban Compass) into the leading real estate brokerage in the United States. My work focused on establishing a "high-design" aesthetic and a luxury-tech narrative that redefined the industry. One of the key artifacts featured here is the Foundational Brand Book, which first codified the Compass visual identity, messaging, and art direction, serving as the North Star for the company’s global expansion.
