I built and led an in-house creative studio that managed all branding, marketing, and experiential design for the Tribeca Festival for three years. This included the pivotal transition of the brand from "Tribeca Film Festival" to simply "Tribeca Festival," reflecting its broader scope across gaming, audio, and immersive storytelling.
