I provided strategic brand consulting for the Uniswap Foundation, a separate entity dedicated to the long-term growth and sustainability of the Uniswap Protocol. My work focused on narrative refinement for the Foundation as it manages decentralized governance, runs voting processes, and builds the protocol's global community of developers and delegates. We worked on bridging the gap between technical, high-utility crypto-native features and a premium, accessible visual language that inspires trust and participation across the global ecosystem. I also played a key role in the organization's operational scaling, sourcing and leading the hiring and onboarding process for their first Marketing Lead.
