Kai (formerly Kaiizen) is an AI-powered platform transforming the property renovation lifecycle. I led the strategic name change from Kaiizen to Kai and oversaw the complete rebrand to position the company as a cutting-edge technology partner. Central to the brand's scale is a major strategic partnership with The Home Depot, which integrates Kai’s AI tools directly with Home Depot’s 3.5 million-item catalog. The platform leverages Generative AI to condense complex renovation planning—creating SKU-level material specs and real-time cost estimates—from days into minutes. This "assessment to execution" workflow allows institutional investors and pros to visualize projects with Home Depot inventory and generate instant purchase orders.
