Final Offer is a real estate platform that combines search, and negotiation into one seamless platform. in Q4 2025 I led the strategic transformation of the marketing including a ground up rebrand, a new seller-centric value proposition centered on price discovery and market speed and all GTM. I sourced and hired the branding agency Company Policy and oversaw the project through delivery.
To drive growth, I sourced and hired a specialized social and content agency, Yellow House, to overhaul the brand’s presence on social channels with a series of integrated campaigns that transformed their reach and engagement. This work was supported by a comprehensive marketing roadmap, which included AI Engine Optimization (AEO) to capture emerging search triggers and and extensive lifecycle marketing program to revamp all customer communications.
I established a cohesive growth engine designed to convert market awareness into a measurable competitive advantage for agents and sellers. My final efforts were to help with messaging through their merger with Purlin in January 2026.

My work involves high-level marketing strategy and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), ensuring the platform's unique "buy it now" functionality is discoverable and understood by a modern, tech-savvy consumer base. I am currently leading the brand's strategic transition following its merger with Purlin.
