As Fractional CMO for the Space Exploration and Research Agency (SERA), I developed the launch and marketing framework and a content team that fueled the competition for a seat on the Blue Origin rocket. I was inspired by the Founders mission to democratize space exploration through a global, community-driven astronaut selection process. I managed the strategic and promotional relationships with key partners including Blue Origin and the TON blockchain, ensuring the mission’s credibility and technical integration. This foundational work involved translating complex aerospace goals into a decentralized brand vision. 

 

I oversaw a fully remote, international team across Europe and India to execute a high-volume content production and social media strategy. This included shepherding a global influencer program that secured partnerships with top-tier creators, such as Ria Ricis, to drive mass-market awareness. To support this, I worked with Senior Designer Paul Vlachou to build a comprehensive design system that fueled a YouTube series and global content plan.

 

I contributed to the launch of the SERA Telegram app, and developed user-generated GTM motions to drive the earning of "SpaceDust" and power it's growth to over 100,000 active members across more than 30 countries.
